Attorney Rebecca Ding-Lee

Attorney Rebecca Ding-Lee is the founder of Ding-Lee Law LLC. She earned an LL.M. from the University of Alabama School of Law and previously earned a master’s degree in law from Central China Normal University in 1999. She was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2011 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama.
Her legal background in both China and the United States provides a cross-cultural perspective, particularly valuable in immigration matters. Attorney Ding-Lee represents individuals, families, and businesses in a broad range of immigration matters, including family- and employment-based immigration, visas and adjustment of status, citizenship and naturalization, and removal defense. She also provides criminal defense representation, particularly for matters where criminal charges may have immigration consequences.
An immigrant herself, Attorney Ding-Lee came to the United States, built her professional life here, and has been fortunate to achieve her own American Dream. That experience has shaped both her understanding of immigrant families and her approach to practicing law.

Attorney Rebecca Ding-Lee
Attorney Rebecca Ding-Lee (丁子薇) is an experienced immigration attorney with over a decade of legal practice and a deep understanding of Chinese culture. Since 2011, she has represented clients across the nation in visa and green card applications, immigration matters, appeals, and criminal defense services.
As an immigrant herself, she personally navigated the complex path from a student visa to a work visa, green card, and ultimately U.S. citizenship. She understands the challenges her clients face and provides personalized guidance so every client feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process.
For the past 14 years, Attorney Ding-Lee has helped hundreds of immigrants from around the world obtain visas and green cards and establish stable lives and careers in the United States. She has actively defended clients in immigration court and secured numerous favorable rulings. Known for a warm, patient, and sincere approach, she personally answers legal questions and provides professional, compassionate support.
Attorney Ding-Lee graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law and is licensed in Alabama, with admissions to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Alabama. She is authorized to practice immigration law nationwide and to represent clients in immigration courts across the United States.
